Warranty

Whilst we work tirelessly to ensure that there are no problems with our products, as with all things mechanical, sometimes they can go wrong.

 

Should you suffer any problems caused by faulty materials or workmanship with your X5 Remote within the 12 month warranty period (an extended warranty is available) then all you have to do is call us.

 

We will arrange for the X5 Remote to be collected from your home or work and quickly replace any faulty parts and return it to you as soon as possible. Full warranty terms and conditions are of course supplied with the X5 Remote and are available upon request.

 

All customer feedback is fed directly back to our design team. This means that the development of current products, and the design of new ones is totally focussed on what you desire and demand as an avid golfer.
